- New layout using existing graphics
- Maybe your graphics and photos aren’t so bad and would look great if they were reorganized or put into another layout. We can work your existing graphics into a new layout. Graphics take a good amount of time to create, so by recycling your graphics, you can save a significant amount of money. Another benefit to reusing graphics is that it keeps with the theme of your site, and your visitors will still recognize you, while appreciating better organization and layout.
- Web design from scratch
- If you’re new to the WWW or need a new site built, we can do that, too. Though we are geared toward renovation, we are developers with plenty of from-scratch design and development experience. Come to us with nothing but your ideas (or even less!) and we’ll help you organize and develop your content. Then we’ll design and build a Web site you’ll love.
- Routine site maintenance
- Perhaps all you need is a phone number changed, or a new page or image added. These things are usually done quickly, and it would be ridiculous to bill an hour of work for what took 10 minutes. Our billing is in 15-minute increments, with 20 complimentary minutes per month. We’d love to take care of your site and keep things up-to-date!
- Outdated code rewritten to modern standards
- If your site has been created with a WYSIWYG editor (i.e., FrontPage, Dreamweaver, or Site-Builder software), chances are there’s a lot of unnecessary code in your pages, possibly causing conflicts, and contributing to the reason your site doesn’t display in FireFox like it does in Internet Explorer. Wrenovate is totally organic. We write all our code from scratch; no artificial code-writers here.
- Cross-browser compliance
- If your site doesn’t look the same in Internet Explorer as it does in FireFox or Safari, we can help. Unfortunately, all browsers don’t yet agree on a standard way of displaying Web code, and if your site builder didn’t take that into consideration, things may not look so pretty when you have a Visitor from a different browser. We believe everyone should play nice together, and can make your site friendly for all major browsers. All of our sites, both renovated and made-from-scratch, are cross-browser compliant.
- Reorganization of site content
- Let’s face it, designers, developers, and writers rarely come in one package. You may have gotten a good designer, but your site was poorly coded. You may have gotten a good developer, but the design was less than pleasing. These issues also happen with content organization. There’s not much more irritating in the Web world than being unable to find the information you’re looking for. From the search engine, it may appear a site has what you’re seeking, but when you get there, you can’t find it. This should not be! The organization wizards here at Wrenovate will analyze your content and tell you how better it could be organized, and then do it!
- Redesigned navigation systems
- It’s amazing how developers can neglect to remember no one is forced to come in your home-page front door. Visitors can arrive on any page. Therefore, it is imperative to give them a sense of direction no matter where they are. We specialize in information re/organization, and can make it clear and easy for Visitors to get around your site at the turn of any page.
- Clean-up of site directories
- It happens to everyone, even us! On your home or work computer, folders have to be periodically cleaned up and old files deleted or archived. So is it on your Web server. Are you running out of space? Do you look in your site directories and wonder what the hell some of those files are? Wrenovate can check the integrity of your files and clear out or archive the unnecessary.
- Code help for graphic artists
- Like we were saying a few paragraphs up, it’s rare to have a graphic artist and Web developer in one; they are both full time jobs! If you’re a graphic artist and need to turn your design into a Web site or Web based graphic, we can totally help you! Consultation and cost estimates are free, so send us an image of your work and we’ll help you understand how to translate your design to code.

- We’re graphic artists, too! If you need a logo, letterhead, or any kind of graphic piece designed, we can help!
- HTML email newsletters
- Want to keep your Visitors in the loop? Wrenovate has lots of experience in email newsletter creation and distribution. We have worked with graphic artists to turn their designs into code, and we’ve built ’em all on our own. We use the Constant Contact system to manage your database of Recipients and handle distribution. It’s a super awesome service with lots of link tracking features.

- Need some graphics or layout help for your PowerPoint presentation, a brochure or print newsletter designed? We do all this, too!
